In Body wellness techniques video are taught all techniques to perform a massage based on distension, stretching and melting of the various parts of the body. The massage is shown on futon and on bed and in various positions for a total of 261 techniques. This is a full interactive course on 2 DVDs lasting 2 hours and 45 minutes, divided into several sections (see below), and, like all multimedia products of Corpo Mente Spirito, Designed to follow the student in his path training.

In this presentation we show you some extracts of the 261 techniques included to give you way to evaluate the content before its purchase.

The DVD sections

The DVDs of Corpo Mente Spirito are built with a logic of interactivity to allow the student to view and analyze each technique in its singularity. Each technical and marked by a number (all techniques are also listed on the leaflet attached to the package) and every time it is performed, even during the treatment complete, it is displayed in the corner of the screen. In this way it is possible to carry out a selective study and targeted to the technique you most want to deepen. The subtitle function was also used to indicate the name of each technique in the 3 languages of the video. The filming are made in a way to highlight the most significant aspects of the movement to be learned/deepened.
We chose non to accompany the images with the comment spoken because we believe that they are already explanatory.
