Content of the video course of office massage

The DVDs of Corpo Mente Spirito are built with a logic interactivity to allow the student to view and analyze each technique in its singularity. Each technical and marked by a number and every time it is performed, even during treatment complete, it is displayed in the corner of the screen. In this way it is possible to carry out a selective study and targeted to the technique you most want to deepen. The subtitle function was also used to indicate the name of each technique. The shooting are made so to highlight the most significant aspects of the movement to be learned/deepened.
We chose non to accompany the images with the comment spoken because we believe that they are explanatory.

1. THEORETICAL PRESENTATION
   Introduction by the author, the teacher Vittorio Piacenza, massoterapista, master of Shiatsu, expert of Western massage techniques and eastern and MTC.
2. SINGLE TECHNIQUES

3. COMPLETE TREATMENT

The succession of techniques has been designed to build a new fluid path and lead to relaxation. It is possible but make other sequences based on the 61 techniques.

4. OFFICE MASSAGE (the office massage)
   The office treatment is a sequence of techniques shorter (lasts about 10 minutes) that is carried out on clothes and with the help of the desk support.
