Right of withdrawal

Won't you be satisfied of your purchase, or the product you've received would be damaged or not responding to the description and to the image provided, you may exercise your right of withdrawal (to senses and effects of the D. Lgs. n. 185/1999 of the Italian law) within 10 (ten) days from the moment you've received your purchase. To check the correct date, you have to keep the receipt released by the courier at the precise moment of the merchandise delivery.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Please send a registered letter with return receipt in which you expressly ask to exercise the right of withdrawal to senses and effects of the D. Lgs. n. 185/1999 of the Italian law, indicating the character of the products you'd like to return, with a special reference to the order number and attaching a copy of the delivery receipt. In the letter you may provide the bank or postal current account data on which you'd like to receive the refund.

Refund
The refund of the purchased products will be done within 60 (sixty) days as of the date of receipt of the registered letter. Please note that shipping costs and other additional added-value service features (e.g. delivery on appointment, etc. ) will not be refund.
Shipping costs of the return are entirely on charge of the customer.
If the product received by us would appear as already used or damaged, we will reserve the right not to make the refund and we will inform you on the appropriate modality of redelivering, which will be entirely on charge of the customer.
