Delivery time
According to the delivery place, our delivery times in Italy are estimated 24 to 72 hours from the shipment. Delivery will not be made on public holidays, on Saturday and on Sunday.

Withdrawal in venue or your own delivery company
If you're near to our warehouse or you'd rather send to us your personal delivery company, you can withdraw your purchase at our warehouse in Borgo San Dalmazzo (CN), via Madonna del campo, 24 (ph. +393703634822). In the order form, you have to tick the appropriate box to ask for withdrawal in venue. In this case, you won't be charged with shipment costs.

Warnings on delivery
The courier is not authorised to deliver your purchase to other storeys. It's not possible to see the purchase before withdrawal (in case you won't be satisfied, you can avail yourself of the right of withdrawal within 10 days: see the section "Right of withdrawal"). If the package contain any evidence of damage, always accept it signing the delivery note with the words "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION".
