Method and structure

The Corpo Mente Spirito™ video tutorials was developed with the aim to simplify the massage techniques learning process, and they are addressed to the students who approach the study of holistic disciplines. Every video tutorial is performed in the same way, in order to guarantee a systematic and regular understanding; they are split into three sections:

1. a theoretical introduction during which the teacher show the basic principles of the massage;

2. a section dedicated to different techniques, each of them is numbered and thoroughly shown (when necessary, also from different viewing angles). The numbering of the techniques is repeated also in the attached book;

3. the complete treatment, in which the different techniques are recalled by a on-screen number.
   The attached book is a theoretical guide with which is easier to understand the basis of the specific technique.
