Know the technical basics to operate in professional massage

The basic techniques are necessary to carry out the maneuvers of any other massage type (from californian massage, to cervical massage, etc.) and become the basic prerequisite for other disciplines such as Sports massage. To complete the basic training, however, it is necessary to have a knowledge of human anatomy, then to know the functional basis of the human body. We therefore advise those who approach these disciplines for the first time to consult an anatomy manual or a Professional anatomy videocorso for masseurs.

Content of the video course of basic massage techniques

The DVDs of Corpo Mente Spirito are built with logic interactivity to allow the student to view and analyze each technique in its singularity. Each technical and marked by a number (all techniques are also listed on the leaflet attached to the package) and every time it is performed, even during treatment complete, it is displayed in the corner of the screen. In this way it is possible to carry out a selective study and targeted to the technique you most want to deepen. The subtitle function was also used to indicate the name of each technique in the 3 languages of the video. The filming are made in a way to highlight the most significant aspects of the movement to be learned/deepened.
We chose non to accompany the images with the comment spoken because we believe that they are explanatory.

1. THEORETICAL PRESENTATION
   Introduction by the author, the teacher Vittorio Piacenza, massoterapista, master of Shiatsu, expert of techniques of Western and Eastern massage and MTC.
2. BASIC TECHNIQUES
   These are all those techniques that can be used on the whole body and that constitute the basic concepts of the massage (clutches, percussions, pressures, etc.). We have divided the 32 basic techniques into 6 subgroups to facilitate learning:

3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

4. WHOLE BODY TREATMENT
   In this section is presented a sequence of example for the body treatment whole. It is divided into the 2 positions on the table: prona and supina. The sequence of techniques has been designed to build a new fluid path and lead to relaxation. It is possible but make other sequences based on the 68 techniques with the aim, for example, of toning or relax the organism. An example of different construction of the sequence is the anti-cellulite , object of the next section (5).
