The Shiatsu video course is a suitable study tool for the learning of the basic, theoretical and practical foundations, of this age-old discipline. Map of meridians

Inside the package there is a map in size 30x40 cm. on which the paths are shown of all 12 Chinese and Masunaga meridians and their energy evaluation areas. These maps have been inserted to allow to follow the early meridian while watching the related video.

The DVD sections

The DVDs of Corpo Mente Spirito are built with a logic interactivity to allow the student to view and analyze each technique in its singularity. The The techniques shown here are all accompanied by the entry guide and graphic elements. The demonstration of each meridian is accompanied by the drawing of the respective path on the overlay body. The subtitle function was also used to indicate the name of every technique in the 3 languages of the video course. The shooting are made in such a way as to highlight the more significant than the movement you must learn/deepen.
